Mandy Gossard France has served as the Treasurer/CFO of Perry Local Schools since February 2020 and is in her 26th year of school finance. Mrs. France received her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and her Ohio's Treasurer license from the Ohio Department of Education in 2001.
